Kasondra
Herrendorf-Cohen

FOUNDER AND CEO

Kasondra Herrendorf-Cohen is a third-generation philanthropist, VP and CEO of Herrendorf Family Foundation Inc., and founder and CEO of Face of Today Foundation. She is a proud mom to Adyna and three fur babies Harry, Hershey, and Harlow.  After the sudden loss of her father Hershel Herrendorf in 2014, Kasondra dedicated herself to impact work, building international non-profit programs that focus on wrap-around support, scholarships and bursaries. Through her trust-based grant-making and stewardship, new programs are addressing social gaps while supporting young leaders and families facing barriers. Becoming CEO at HFF in 2019, Kasondra's change-making leadership enabled her to proudly facilitate over 3.5 million USD in giving and direct program development.

Tanya
Lieb

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Tanya Lieb is mama to Noah and Emma, and two fur babies Herbie and Beau. She holds a degree in Communications, majoring in Marketing and Publishing. Tanya’s love for digital creation has broadened her work experience from Vancouver, Canada, to Seattle, Washington, and Orange County, California. Starting in her youth, Tanya became highly motivated to give back to her community by working as a mentor and volunteer with notable not-for-profit organizations, including Face of Today Foundation, BC Pets and Friends, Variety Children’s Charity, and The Canadian Cancer Society. Tanya brings not only her creative savvy but a passion for providing youth with access to resources, education and programming, regardless of their socio-economic background.

Kim
Kriess

Kim is mom of two grown kids, an avid waterskier and lover of all things summer. Kim has always had a love for working with people and volunteering. Her career started in the wine industry, where she worked and studied viticulture (growing grapes). Kim owned a daycare in White Rock before moving to Osoyoos, British Columbia.

Dori-Anna
Tomei

Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Dori-Anna Tomei’s journey has been marked by a passion for literature and a successful career in the legal field. After completing her degree in English Literature, Dori-Anna has embarked on a career in law for over 17 years, however, her commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond her professional endeavors. Recognizing the importance of community engagement, she has dedicated a significant portion of her time and energy to volunteering with at-risk youth in the Britannia community, providing support and guidance to young individuals facing unique challenges. Her involvement in this critical area of community service encompasses a variety of roles aimed at addressing the multifaceted needs of marginalized and vulnerable youth and actively engaging with young individuals to help break the cycle of disadvantage.
